Untuk mengatasi masalah seperti itu sekarang buka regedit HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Providers. Untuk amannya backup regedit Client Side Rendering Print Providers key. kemudia deleted Client Side Rendering Print Providers key. tutup regedit. Restart the Print Spooler service. Now try adding the printer again & you should not get an error.
